Enchanting interiors and excellent service: The B&B lived up to its description with its charming decor and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable.
Bunk bed comfort: The double bunk bed in our room was slightly less comfortable compared to the other beds in the attic room.

The location in a quiet village was perfect for a peaceful Easter getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful decor and the unique design of the rooms. The oak beams and hardwood added a touch of charm. The walk-in shower was also a highlight, providing a luxurious experience.
The stairs were a major inconvenience, being steep and narrow. It was a hassle to navigate, especially on the top floor.

The location was epic, surrounded by sick courts where we played basketball and chilled. We were stoked to find out that there were tons of outdoor activities nearby. We went kayaking, rafting, and even tried our hand at paintball. It was a total adrenaline rush! The rooms were comfy and had a cool vibe, perfect for crashing after a long day of adventures.
If I had to nitpick, I wish there were more party vibes at the B&B. Being teenagers, we wanted to shake things up and have some epic late-night fun.

I recently stayed at B&B Le Vieux Marronnier in Foy-Notre-Dame and had a pleasant experience overall. The converted attic room I stayed in, Room 5, was cozy and charming. The highlight of the room was the double bunk bed, which may seem like a strange configuration, but turned out to be surprisingly comfortable. The bed had a Fabulously comfy mattress, and while it could only be accessed from the bottom, it provided a unique and cozy sleeping experience. the room had open plan toilet facilities, which added a modern touch to the overall design.
While my stay at B&B Le Vieux Marronnier was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the narrow stairs leading to the attic room could pose a challenge for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The location of the B&B was stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was a great getaway for the New Year. the food served at the hotel was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. the hospitality of the staff was top-notch, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. the toilet facilities were open-plan, which was quite odd and not pleasant.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the owner who made us feel right at home. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and the shower was like a mini waterfall, so refreshing! The dinner options were mind-blowing, with a wide range of dishes made from local ingredients. My husband especially loved the extensive beer selection and the knowledgeable advice from Maarten. And let's not forget the introduction to Belgian wine, a delightful surprise! Breakfast was a treat with fresh croissants, delicious juices, and quality conserves. The location of this picturesque village was perfect for our stopover, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay to explore the beautiful countryside. our experience at this B&B was beyond our expectations, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway!
